Biography of Trần Thiên Lãm (Larren)? Secret of Attracting Employer in 3 mins

Most people don't know how to present themselves to the employer, and this is the main barrier that they can't get what they want.
According to my opinion, You yourself is a product and the employer is your customer. You sell your service and solution to employer and get what you want by receiving month payment for your service, good or great?

My name is Tran Thien Lam (Larren), I graduated from the Association of Business Executive (ABEUK) United Kingdom with the qualification in Business Management. I used to live in United State of America for the period of 10 years where I learned, studying High School and College. Since graduating, I have gained valuable working experience across a wide business sectors include Aviation, Banking and Finance, Corporate business consulting, construction, FMCG and etc. I have more than 10 years of experience working as an Business Development and Strategic adviser for major companies in Vietnam where my role is support CEO in his daily operation and strategic work that include develop strategic planning, come up with proper solution to solve the major issues of the company, and support head departments in implementing tasks assigned by the Board of Management.
Upon arriving VN, I started working for Investco join stock company, one of the well-known construction company in Vietnam, as an Assistant Project Director. Working as an Assistant Project Director, my responsibility was to support Project Director in his daily operation that includes translate document, follow up with a progress of project, and other administration works. At Investco Join Stock Company, I myself learned how to work as part of a team to accomplish the assigning tasks of the board of Management.
By the invitation of Mr. Robert Roy O’Neil in 2009, I joined East Asia Global Alliance (EA-GA) and worked as a Business Development Manager cum Assistant to Chairman. East Asia Global Alliance is a US company specialized in Strategic business consulting and project development especially in Urban Planning and Design. Working as an Business Development cum Assistant to Chairman, my responsibility is to support chairman of EA-GA in his daily operation activity that include monitor and control an progress of project, carry out market research for all project within a company, develop a business plan and financial model for the purpose of calling for investment. On 2010, Mr. Douglas E.Railton was honor to be invited by The President of The Arm Region of Philippines for the purpose of advising to develop a 100 MW solar plant. Assigned by the Chairman, my team and I carried out a Market research, site survey and packed up the solar business plan which was presented by Mr. Douglas Railton, publicity in the Muslim Arm Region of the Philippines with the presence of The President of Philippines and his subordinate.
On September 2011, I was officially recruited by the Managing Director of Viet Jet Air as an Assistant to Board of Management. Viet Jet air is the first private airline in Vietnam. Working as an Assistant To BOM, my responsibility is to support the Managing Director in his daily operation that include follow up with operation activity within an organization, manage a progress of project, implement an aircraft leasing activity, participate in a process of recruiting Pilot, and cooperate with head department of an organization to implement all the tasks assigned by the board of Management which make me become part of a team to contribute in the initial operating activity of the airline on December 2011. On June 2012, I was officially assigned by the Managing Director to Cooperate closely with VietJet’s Head of Engineering, Mr. Hassan, to develop an Fleet Management plan which help the organization reduce over 1 million dollar annually.
My farther, Mr. Tran Phi Van, who is the chairman of Natural Linh Chi Mushroom (NLM) corporation requested me to support him in the start up activity of his company. My role is to support Chairman of NLM in developing a strategic business plan for the purpose of calling investment, which we succeed in calling the investment up to 2 million USD for the start up operation of the company. Working as a Managing Director, my responsible is to build a supply chain system, negotiate with vendors especially foreign vendors, develop a sale and marketing channel, and also to build up a customer porfolio and marketing activity for the purpose of promotion and advertising our products publicity. Within 1 years of launching, Linh Chi Cognac product has officially been presenting 10/60 province in Vietnam, beside Linh Chi Cognac product is consumed and distributed by major companies in Vietnam such as Viet Jet Air, Sacombank, Investco Join stock Company, Vissan, Inexim, NAHI join stock company and etc.
On September 2014 by the invitation of the CEO of NAHI Joint Stock Company, I was invited to work an Executive Assistant cum Advisor of the NAHI Joint stock Company. My job is to support The CEO of NAHI in a process of developing a 5 years strategic planning and carrying out an restructure activity of his company by carrying out an audit work performance of all departments within an organization, which include finance, sale and marketing, human resource, administration and technical departments. Since 3 months of worked, I had successfully executed the performance review of NAHI’s company for the first time in 3 years. Working as an Advisor, my responsibility is to support CEO in developing the risk management planning of the company that include media risk, financial risk, operation risk, human resource risk and operation risk. Assigned by the CEO, I have to cooperate closely with Human resource department in a process of recruiting senior management position that include Financial Director, Chief operating officer, Business Director, legal manager, ERP manger and other senior levels. I successfully executed NAHI’s CEO vision by expanding his company from 80 employees to 250 employees and implemented ERP system to operate in a short period of time, and I also help NAHI reduce over 6 billion VND of its operation activity in 5 years period.

On my free time, I usually read book and go to many business seminar for the purpose of developing my knowledge and business network. Beside, I’m a muay thai fighter which help me to release stress and challenge myself to achieve a new goal in my life.
