Why people can't get what they want in life?
Why my friend have it and I don't have it? Why he can do it but I don't?
The Key answer is "WHAT YOU REALLY WANT" and the word "Really Want" is the most important part at all. If you don't know what you want, I'm sure that you will not happy and you also suffer a lot in your daily life like I DO in the past.
Lot of people said i want to be a rich, and extremely rich, which i have heard every day of my life. When ask them deeply using my method of analysis, most of them fail to answer it due to unrealistic goal.
I would like to take this opportunity to share with you a case study of a business owe by a friend of mine.
"I have a friend who is a genius person that graduated with a "Master degree" from of a well known University in the World. Upon arriving Vietnam, he himself set up a big organization with more than a hundred staffs, his company product is new to our local market and very fascinated. One day, he himself want to develop his product to the next level, then he tried to push his staffs hard to achieve it in a "SHORT TIME PERIOD" which mean no demo launching, no careful test, etc. The result is his new product fail after one month of launching to a market which make lot of his current customer unsatisfied. Instead of trying to fix a product, he began to drop that product and open lot of new business unit "He lose his direction and focus". He started recruiting a major expert and senior management with high pay, and he tried to push them come to with new ideas of developing a brand new product, at least 15 types of new products which are not related to his core of business .Couple month later, all of his new business division had closed due non performance of his senior management lead to unprofitable, tremendous cost increased, no reasonable product and time consuming." SAD OR SAD?
My point is your degree can't make you success at all, the only thing that can help you success is.........."YOU", "YOU" and "YOU". Good or Great?

Here is 7 steps that you needs to ask yourself before jumping in any business, career and new position:
1) What do i really want? Ask yourself what do you really want deep in your heart and soul. Ex: I want to be a millionaire, I want to travel around the world, I want to owe my own business with more than 100 employees, etc.
"What do i really want NOW" the word now is very important to you, because what you want in past may not the same what you want now, ex: I want to earn 100,000 US Dollars in this year, etc.
2) Why do i want it? Most of the people fail because they don't know why they want it, and why that business is important to them. You needs to define carefully why you want to step in that business field, what your main purpose of starting business. EX:

-Why that business is important to me: I love to drink, and i want to have my own unique premium alcohol brand, so that i can share with all of the people i know due to its quality, smell and taste. 3) I want say congratulation to you, because you already answer two major questions in your LIFE. The third step is why don't you have it now? and what stop you for having what you really want NOW? Ex: The reason i can't have what i want know because I'm lack of knowledge and skill, lack of money, or because of my attitude, or I don't love what i do now, etc. There is lot of reason why and you needs to find out WHY? NOW take a deep breath and do SWOT analysis of yourself to find out the MAIN REASON WHY.
4) How you are overcome it? what is your strategy and action plan? Remember the past article that i share with you only ACTION can lead to result. Think is mental, Action is PHYSICAL. Your plan and action must be SMART: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time line (i call it dead line for each action)
5) What is my first action foot print? This is very important, because it will provide you motivation and synergy to achieve what you want. You need to know when you start and complete first action, my advice is to complete it within 8 hours. GOOD OR GOOD?
6) Commitment to your action plan. You need to commit to your action plan and try to achieve on schedule, remember if you try to give an explanation to yourself of delaying your action plan, you will lose your momentum and it will stop you from achieving what you want. Continue in moving forward with your action plan on SCHEDULE.
7) PLAY and Party: upon achieving a major action on your action plan list, reward yourself by going out party with your friend and tell about your achievement, or set up a dinner with your wife at a fancy restaurant and share with her your success. Please know that with the support of people around you will create more and more motivation inside of you to overcome lot of challenge in LIFE. "LOVE YOUR FRIEND AND FAMILY AS PART OF YOUR LIFE"

Opp, I miss out there is one final steps is find our own GIANT . Giant here mean a person who willing to support you with a technical knowledge, skill, money for the purpose of achieving your goal. your Giant may be your superior, your friend, your farther or mother who you believe can guide you to achieve what ever you want in life. The shortest way of leading to success is step on a shoulder of your Giant to be achieve what ever you want to achieve and also to become a GIANT in the future. GREAT OR GREAT?
